Returns & Refund Policy

30-day return window

You may return unworn frames within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Frames must be in original condition with the case, cloth and any tags included.

How to start a return

Email info@carthaven.space or call +1 (703) 346-7694 with your order number. We will issue a return authorisation and the address to ship to. Returns sent without authorisation may be delayed.

Return shipping

• Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: we pay return shipping.
• Change of mind: return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
• We recommend a tracked service; we cannot refund parcels that never arrive.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return. Your bank may take a further 3–5 business days to post the credit. Original shipping charges are refunded only when the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

Exchanges for a different colour, lens or style are processed as a refund plus a new order so you are not waiting on stock. We will hold your replacement for 7 days while your return is in transit.

Faults and warranty

We warrant frames against manufacturing defects for 12 months from delivery — hinge failure, lens delamination or frame separation under normal use. Scratched lenses, heat-warped frames and accidental damage are not covered.

Non-returnable items

• Frames showing wear, makeup residue or scratches
• Items marked final sale at the time of purchase
• Gift cards
